LARS BLOMBERG
Lars (Blomman) started BBE Ventures in 2004. Through his 45-year long career as entrepreneur and active investor, he has founded, developed, and managed 50+ companies.
Since the studies at Stockholm School of Economics, Blomman has built a series of highly influential organisations and naturally gained vast experience across most industries. Blomman is especially recognized in the advertising sector, which evolution he has helped define by building new businesses and through his tenure as Chairman and CEO of The Nordics (1998-2005) at The Ogilvy Group.
At BBE Ventures, Blomman overseas all engagements. He has for the past 15 years engaged in the daily activities of multiple organisations as active investor and/or through a leading management or board position.

Investment Manager & Partner
VICTOR BLOMBERG
Victor joined BBE Ventures in 2020. He is an entrepreneur and strategist, managing BBEs portfolio. Victor holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Management from The University of Exeter, where he graduated with a 1st Class degree.
Prior to joining BBE, Victor worked in the professional services industry, where he specialized in simulation-building and gamification of corporate strategy in MNCs. While working at BTS London, Victor trained executives of industry leading organisations in 25+ countries across the world, working close with leaders of companies such as ABB, EY, Saudi Aramco, IBM, PMI, Schlumberger, and more.
In 2021 Victor deepened BBE Venture's engagement in Convendum by taking the position as Chief Business Intelligence Officer. Earlier the same year Victor completed a full private sale of a company he started in 2017.

Partner & Head of Business Development
MARC SCHÄFER
Marc joined BBE Ventures in 2006. He is a business developer, entrepreneur and investor with a passion for building viable businesses based around technology.
Over the last 25 years Marc has, both through international studies and professional experience, gained vast experience in media-tech, e-commerce and the gaming industry. By continuously being at the forefront of these industries, Marc is now engaged in multiple leading digital ventures through executive management and board positions.
As partner at BBE, Marc leads innovation, both by overseeing the portfolio profile and design, as well as through actively engaging in the portfolio companies' day to day work.
In 2021, when BBE Ventures portfolio company 'Play Ad Media Group' was acquired by 'Show Heroes Group', a world leading MNC in ad-tech, Marc operates as Senior Vice President of The Nordics.

CFO
CATARINA ELVHAGE
Catarina joined BBE Ventures in 2022. As CFO Catarina manages BBEs accounting and controlling activities.
With professional experience in accounting since the 1980s, Catarina has gained insight into a multitude of industries and businesses. Having worked both in-house and in accounting bureaus, Catarina has built both breadth and depth in the field.
Catarina enters BBE Ventures after having completed a 6 month contract with 'Dramacorp Pampas Productions', a BBE company most recently producing the 2022 Hamilton Series on TV4 Cmore.
In parallell with the position as CFO at BBE Ventures, Catarina also takes the position as CFO at BRYGGHUSET, which is BBEs latest entry.
